History: Henry thought he was born a normal child in a Midwestern town in America. At 16 he discovered that he had powers beyond those of mortal men and donned a costume to fight crime calling himself Quantum. He later discovered that he was secretly a Nubian prince who was hidden on earth until his abilities were developed enough to help usher the coming of the second Nubia, where the previous had been destroyed. Upon learning his heritage Henry embarked on a quest to regroup the surviving people and artifacts of old Nubia in order to aid in the resurrection. He made allies with a friend named Darkforce and together they traveled the universe in search of his homeland. At the end of his quest Henry was able aid in the resurrection of his lost planet and helped to return it to its former glory.
Unfortunately this victory was short lived. The planet quickly fell into political strife and turmoil. Quantum was cast out of his planet as a blasphemer. He fell in with a group of Space Pirates and set out on another quest to reunite his people by learning of the Nubian Starbinders which were said to have hidden the secret keys to the Nubian Kingdom in the Stars. His journey is not without opposition. The Dark Armada, sworn enemies of the Nubians, and the shadowy contributors to the destruction of planet also seek the Starbinders secrets and have sworn to hunt Quantum. He is also chased by the very people he was charged to lead as the Nubian Alliance sees him as a wanted man.
Now he travels the universe with a crew of malcontents seeking only to find his way in a universe that seems bent on stopping him from reaching his goals.

Personality: Henry has always been a person of strong moral character and ideals. He maintains a noble air of righteousness. His royal heritage shows in his steadfast manner and his strong steely gaze. He is very intelligent and extremely confident in himself and his abilities. His behavior is often considered condescending and a tad judgmental. Despite Henry’s strong and somewhat bristly personality he is energetic and engaging. He has a natural ability to lead and inspire people.

Powers: As the Star Prince of the Nubian Star guard Henry has amazing abilities. He can transform his body to plasma matter at will. He can also harness electrical, radio and radioactive waves. He is able to generate different frequencies of light for his purposes. He can generate eye beams as well as blasts of light from his hands. He can fly and run propelling himself at nearly immeasurable speeds and fly. When agitated or powered up he begins to glow bright and can willfully generate amazing levels of heat. He also has superhuman strength and is impervious to most injury.

Weaknesses: Henry’s self righteous attitude is often a weakness as his haughty air often gets him in trouble with peers and companions. His abrasive attitude often makes it difficult to work with him when the hierarchy is unbalanced. He prefers to be in charge and has extreme difficulties taking orders.
